1 General Introduction and Applicability

baji log is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between baji log and each registered member who uses its website.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

If a member is found to be involved in fraud, manipulation, system exploitation, or violation of these Terms, baji log may suspend or permanently close that account without prior notice and may withhold the associated balance.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on baji log is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases it may take longer due to verification or technical reasons.

4.3 Payment Responsibility

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

baji log offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit adds ৳1,000 in bonus, the total balance becomes ৳2,000 and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

baji log offers various promotions from time to time, including weekly reload bonuses, cricket bonuses, birthday rewards, friend referral rewards, and slot bonuses. Each promotion has its own eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, and validity period.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after completing the required wagering.
Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
Placing unusual or manipulative bets for the purpose of earning bonuses is prohibited.
baji log reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if any irregularity is found.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

baji log may set minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and betting markets. These limits will be displayed on the relevant game or betting market page.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, official results and scores announced by the governing body of the relevant sport will be considered final. For casino games, the game software's log records will be considered the final proof.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a bet or game becomes uncertain due to a system error, network issue, or software fault, baji log reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the deposit.

6.4 Manipulation and Unfair Conduct

Placing bets using bots, automated scripts, software, or any other form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

baji log's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is provided at each tier based on weekly net losses: up to 0.5% at the Bronze tier, up to 1.0% at the Silver tier, and up to 1.5% at the Gold tier.

For example: a Silver member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 in cashback. Moving up to a higher tier depends on consistency of play and activity — no specific turnover requirement applies.

Cashback amounts are generally added to the account at the end of the week and are usable in accordance with the VIP's own terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

Game content and software belong to the respective game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) and are governed by their own rules.

11 Limitation of Liability

baji log is not liable for any loss caused by the following:

A game or bet remaining incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical failure.

Loss caused by the user's own device or connection.

13 Account Closure and Termination of Service

13.1 At the Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time via live chat. The balance must be withdrawn or brought to zero before the account is closed.

13.2 At baji log's Initiative

baji log may close an account without notice due to a breach of Terms, fraud, or any other reason. In such cases, any legitimate balance will be returned, but funds related to bonuses are non-refundable.

14 Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of any applicable promotions together form the entire agreement between baji log and the member. Any prior oral or written discussions are superseded by these Terms.

14.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

14.3 Assignment of Rights

Members may not transfer this agreement or any rights under it to a third party. baji log may, when necessary, transfer its operations or responsibilities to an affiliated entity.

14.4 Language

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. Any translation into another language is provided for convenience only.
